How much does BDHL’s / BDGlobalMedical service cost? Generally BDHL are paid commission by the insurers. This commission amount is built into every premium and therefore appointing BDHL as your broker or using our services does not cost you anything extra. However, we can work on a pre-agreed “fee basis” which would be dependent on criteria such as insurance type and group size.
