A Health Cash Plan provides individuals the families to claim back some of the everyday health expenses that need to be managed for example check-ups and appointments. Cash Plans are an affordable health insurance providing reimbursement for visits to an optician, dentist, therapy treatments, chiropody, consultation, MI CT and PET scanning, stress counselling, advice lines and many other services.

How Health Cash Plans Work

  • Download and complete the application form above, if you require any assistance or have any questions then call BDHL on 01892 891900 who will assit you in putting in place a cash plan for you, your needs and your families needs, then email it to enquiries@bdhl.co.uk
  • Book your appointment – make sure you have an approved qualified health practitioner
  • Go for your treatment – relax knowing that the cost of the appointment is covered
  • Get a receipt – ensure that this includes name, date, type of treatment, amount paid and practitioner details
  • Submit your claim – this can be up to 12 months after the treatment date either online or paper based
  • Receive cashback – once the claim has been processed the refund will be paid directly into your bank account

A Cash Plan should not be treated as an alternative to Private Medical Insurance but a plan that complements and helps to pay for day to day health treatments whether on the NHS or Privately.

These private cash plans are available for an individual or family policy, and if you run a business you may be interested in the potentially reduced rates associated with taking out group cash plans, reducing what you pay personally whilst offering your employees a fantastic benefit.
