BDHL’s Royal Charity March for 2018

Our Charity event for 2018. BDHL are delighted to announce that this year we are undertaking a ‘Royal March’ around Bewl Water. The whole team will walk the 12.5 miles across forest paths, country lanes around the reservoir to raise money for our 2018 chosen charity; The Pickering Cancer Drop-In Centre. The walk should take us about 6 hours.

The Pickering Cancer Drop in Centre, based in Tunbridge Wells has been running for over 10 years and provides vital support for anyone who has been affected with cancer. The Centre provides a friendly, caring place for families, friends and carers who need information and to talk freely about their experiences with cancer. They also provide a range of complementary therapies, such as reflexology and massage as well as nutrition advice, yoga and counselling all free of charge.

On Friday 18th May 2018 (the eve of the Royal Wedding;  Prince Harry to Meghan Markle) BDHL will set off. We will be posting photographs and messages throughout the walk on Facebook and on our websites for your own amusement so please keep posted!
