Samantha Hayes
Samantha joined Berwick Devoil Healthcare in April 2010. Prior to this she went travelling, visiting 15 countries across 4 continents in 12 months. A graduate of the University of Plymouth where she read Criminal Justice Studies with Psychology. Her specialities are UK small corporate groups, Healthcare Trusts, Group Income Protection, Group Life, Critical Illness and Individual Protection Polices. Samantha is currently studying for her CII exams and is member of the local BNI networking group. Samantha is a keen member of the Insurance Times “IT Pack” for young insurance professional and attends their regular seminars. During her spare time she plays netball in a local league and volunteers in the community. Her desire is to visit every country in the world and try the local delicacies. |

Samantha (Sam) Cousins
Samantha has been working in the Private Medical Insurance industry since 2005 having been an International Claims Advisor with AXA PPP Healthcare. She has been an Internal Account Manager for Berwick Devoil Healthcare since 2009. Sam specialises in Small Corporate Groups, Travel and Cash Plans, Group Income Protection, Group Life, Healthcare Trusts, Critical Illness, Dental schemes and Individual Polices in both the UK and Chanel Islands. She is currently studying for her CII insurance exams (Chartered Insurance Institute) and is member of the “IT Pack” which is a joint initiative between Aviva and the Insurance Times magazine to encourage young brokers to reach the very top in their industry. Samantha was shortlisted for “Best Newcomer” at the 2010 National Health Insurance Magazine awards and achieved a high commendation accolade. Samantha is a keen gym visitor and is a member of the local amateur dramatics society “TWODS”. |

Brett Clifton
Brett has been in the Healthcare industry since 1997 and prior to that spent 9 years in banking. He started his Healthcare career as a Claims Advisor at AXA PPP Healthcare before going on to training and quality checking new entrants work. He left to take up a Claims Team Manager post at Groupama in 2001 and attained “Cert CII” through the Chartered Insurance Institute . He joined Berwick Devoil Healthcare as an Internal Account Manager and primarily looks after the Larger Corporate clients Medical Insurance, Income Protection, Life, Travel, International and Cash Plan contracts. Brett has two daughters who take up most of his spare time but is also a keen runner and golfer and travels around the country following his beloved Crystal Palace! |

Vicki Goodall
Vicki has been working in the Healthcare Insurance Industry since 1987. She started her career at AXA PPP Healthcare as a Claims Advisor and in 1991 was promoted to the position of Claims Team Manager. Vicki also played an integral part in projects which developed the company’s management information and IT infrastructure. Having joined Berwick Devoil Healthcare in 2005 as an Internal Account Manager, Vicki now specialises in Medical Insurance for the Channel Islands, Group Income Protection, Group Life, International and Dental contracts. Vicki enjoys spending time with her family and dogs and likes eating out at restaurants, cycling through the countryside, taking walks by the sea and going on holiday anywhere! |

Guy Jones
A healthcare professional for more than 23 years primarily working with client Companies both in the UK and overseas. His work in the Channel Islands where he lived for a number of years lead to a wide knowledge of Group schemes and Healthcare Trusts available on a global basis. Guy has been at BDHL since 2002 and help the company expand its client and policy portfolio to include all health related insurances as well as strategic alliances with Financial institutions and General Insurance Partners. He is a keen English Rugby Union supporter, enjoys fine food and good wine. At the top of Guy’s travel list you’ll find Thailand and the Far East with a soft spot for Tunbridge Wells and London. |

Dieter Clausnitzer
Dieter has been in the healthcare industry for 20 years starting his career in the underwriting department at Prime Health back in 1991. He has spent the majority of his time working for healthcare Intermediaries based in the north of England specialising in the large corporate clients. Having joined BDHL in 2011, his areas of expertise include PMI, Dental Cover, EAP's, International PMI, Occupational Health, Cash Plans and group risk. He has worked very closely with many well known public and blue chip companies and is eager to provide the best possible service for his clients. In his spare time, Dieter enjoys football, cooking (& eating!), walking, cycling and spending time with his family. He has three boys. |
